Chris Remy

President & CEO

Chris was appointed President and CEO of MTI in December of 2009, and has been involved with the company since 2006 as a President, investor and board member.

Prior to joining MTI, Chris was an Executive Vice President for Merix Corporation, responsible for business strategy, supply chain management, IT and facilities from 2006 to 2007. From 1998 until joining Merix, Chris served as the North American High Technology Supply Chain Practice Lead for Accenture (Nasdaq – ACN). From 1992 until 1998, Chris was the Regional Manager for Maersk Line, based in Singapore. Chris has been a member of multiple boards of directors and is currently a board member of Bates Group and an advisor to the Bates Center for Entrepreneurship and Leadership at Lewis and Clark College.

Chris holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Willamette University.

Thomas A. Dodson, Jr.

VP of North America Sales

Since 2011, Tom has led the explosive revenue growth of MTI’s Global Services division, currently offering services in more than 80 countries. In September of 2017, Tom was appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales for North America, leading sales for all three of MTI’s business units.

A demonstrated sales and operations leader, with strong results over the past 30 years in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, Tom has held senior positions in both retail and technology industries with MarketSource, a division of Allegis Group, CompuCom, Qwest Communications (NYSE – CTL) and Domino’s Pizza Inc. (NYSE – DPZ).

A native Oregonian, Tom lives near Portland, Oregon, serving many nonprofit organizations as a volunteer and board member.

Matt Haroldson

VP of Marketing & International Sales

As Vice President of Marketing and International Sales, Matt is responsible for MTI’s global marketing as well as the expanding partnership sales programs worldwide. Matt has served in several roles since joining MTI in 2010, from leading North American sales to taking over the International sales team in 2013.

Prior to MTI, Matt led the account team at Vesta Corporation, a global leader in guaranteed payments. Before that, he held several key leadership roles over 9 years at AT&T, from leading business sales teams and international distribution to managing some of AT&T’s largest resale accounts, such as Tracfone.

Matt graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Political Economy of Natural Resources and currently resides in London.

Michael J. Highland

SVP of Operations & Global Services

Michael leads MTI’s global operations and services business. A strategic and results-oriented leader with a passion for ensuring client success, Michael has over 27 years of finance, business operations and leadership experience with both publicly and privately held companies.

Michael came to MTI after serving 7 years as COO and VP of Finance at ChannelForce, a division of MarketSource, the leading provider of field sales and marketing services within the consumer electronics retail industry. Prior to ChannelForce, he served in various financial leadership roles at Tripwire, Inc., and RB Rubber Products. Michael started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland, Oregon.

Michael graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance.

Travis Hooper

VP of Products & Strategy

As Vice President of Product & Strategy, Travis leads MTI’s global product vision, design and development and its global go-to-market strategy.

A strategic and results-oriented leader with a passion for providing compelling customer experiences, Travis was most recently a Vice President at Fender Musical Instruments with various roles in Supply Chain, Business Development and Direct to Consumer business. Prior to Fender, Travis spent 8 years at Accenture leading large business transformation initiatives across multiple business sectors.

Travis graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Finance and now lives in the Portland, Oregon, area.

Jeff Pirkey

VP of Global Operations

As Vice President of Global Operations, Jeff leads the development and implementation of operational strategies across multiple departments within MTI. A dynamic, results-oriented leader, Jeff has successfully tackled multiple roles throughout his time with MTI including Business Development, Product Development, Account Management and more.

Prior to joining MTI, Jeff spent 5 years with MarketSource, a retail third-party labor company, helping the world’s most recognized brands gain significant market share. Prior to MarketSource, Jeff spent a large portion of his career in the telecommunications industry, specifically focused on strategy development and program execution.
