The client is a consumer electronics company based out of Santa Barbara, California, that specializes in wireless audio products, including smart speakers, home theaters and components. Their wireless multi-room music systems enable users to play music anywhere in the house and control it using a smart phone.
As the client grew, they wanted a single partner to grow with them on a global scale, minimizing vendor management and ensuring that the store experience is consistent across their locations. They also needed a highly skilled technical support team available over the phone and for in-store visits, ultimately aiming to reduce the number of in-store visits and downtime. Most important, they wanted a partner who is just as passionate about their brand as they are.
We provided the client with a suite of MTI services:
