This is not a merger nor an acquisition- It is a strategic partnership that will allow both companies to offer a complementary suite of solutions to their customer base.
Will both companies still offer their current solutions?
Yes, both companies will still have their full offering, but now, in addition to that, customers will have the opportunity to purchase complementary solutions as well.
If I am already a customer, will this change my purchasing process?
- Your purchasing process will remain the same, however, you will now have the opportunity to purchase from a larger suite of solutions.
- If I want to purchase the other company solutions, how do I go about purchasing? For instance, if I am an MTI customer, must I purchase Scorpion’s solutions through MTI?
