EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for tech savvy individuals to join our field team! Our team of World Class Field Technicians are responsible, self-motivated and service-oriented people with great technical aptitude and customer service. We offer a flexible schedule, a highly competitive hourly wage along with mileage and drive time reimbursement. Retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required. We believe in investing in our technicians and offer paid training to ensure your success in the field!

Job Breakdown:

This is a remote part-time position. Our Field Technicians perform installations, maintenance, break-fix, and general merchandising tasks within retail locations. Technicians are the front-line team for new product releases like smart devices, tablets, gaming consoles and other consumer electronics. Our technicians have flexible early morning/midday hours Monday-Friday with select work available on the weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and/or build displays, fixtures or endcaps
  • Security set up/Cable running
  • Perform visits on scheduled date and time
  • Diagnose/repair electronic and mechanical issues
  • Ensure compliance as required by client agreement and/or scope of work
  • Excellent Communication with Manager/Scheduling team/Operations team

About the Position

The Partnership Director is responsible for indirect go-to-market strategy, operations, and revenue globally across all geographic regions for our hardware, software, and services solutions. All partner-based routes to market are in scope, including global strategic partners, regional partners, technology alliances, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years prior global alliances leadership experience in hardware, software & services (including Enterprise SaaS).

The Partnership Director will grow an existing team focused on partner strategy and the execution of programs to grow the partner network, impacting sales,and profits. They are expected to work cross-functionally in collaboration with the product, sales, marketing, services, supply chain, and learning/enablement teams to build a fully integrated channel partner ecosystem.

This role is a frontline-level general sales management role that is a high impact position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team and company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and management of all strategic & regional partners globally as well as alliances & distribution partners including resource management, hiring, mentoring, and performance management
  • Develop and implement the overall channel strategy for the company globally
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams to provide partners that add value to our current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities,and assist in current sales pursuits
  • Define a go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of strategic & regional partners
  • Develop business plans with each partner and ensure their successful execution
  • Create and drive channel programs, including assisting with program definitions, oversight, pricing, deal registration,and channel resources
  • Work cross-functionally to develop channel marketing programs, enhanced partner portal, partner product certifications and training, collateral, etc.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years prior business development and global alliances leadership experience in blended hardware, software (SaaS) & services sales environment, driving partner revenue and growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, with the tude and desire to build a gh-performing dispersed team. This individual must demonstrate an ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert with others
  • Strong capabilities and demonstrated experience in building and executing channel strategies by segment and geography, creating, and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance,and being accountable for results to executive management
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills: the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not control
