Summary

This position is at the forefront of MTI Global Services’ Sales and Marketing efforts to increase client sales at the retail store level.  The candidate should have diverse skills that include a focus on detail, relationship building and the ability to communicate effectively with key personnel (retail store sales associates, general managers, sales managers) and consumers.  This position combines weekly or bi-weekly training store visits combined with periodic project based selling day and special events.

Global Responsibilities –

Marketing Strategy

  • Establishes vision, strategic direction, and leadership for the brand including the development and execution of end-to-end marketing programs, events, and communications that drive brand awareness, expansion, and demand within customers and new customer conversion.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization.
  • Owns and drives performance marketing including customer acquisition strategies utilizing the latest trends and strategies to increase qualified lead generation.
  • Develops KPI’s for all marketing initiatives as well as year-long maintenance programs across all owned channels as well as external partnerships. Establishes a metrics-based approach to track and learn impact and ROI of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Partners with sales and product marketing to evaluate potential adjacent markets for investment.

Marketing Communications

  • Leads and drives multiple facets of marketing initiatives, including marketing strategic planning, digital strategies (web, portals, email tools), video production, social media (LinkedIn), brand management, public relations, events, B2B and B2C marketing, sales enablement, trinkets, and other as identified.
  • Builds strategy and delivers via multiple digital strategies value added (and varied) content to support brand leadership position – including POV & thought leadership content, Customer Success Stories.
  • Drive Revenue via global online sales channels and in support of indirect channels for all products.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Partners with Product Team to develop and execute product, positioning, packaging, and marketing strategy to produce profitable revenue growth.
  • Partners with the Global Service organization to develop go to market sales strategies, value proposition and messaging.
  • Responsible for maximizing product and service revenue potential through asset creation and promotion activities for business development activities, driving new product launches, and promoting existing products.
  • Researches, documents, analyzes, and monitors industry, technology, and competitor landscape to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
  • Works closely with internal sales teams and strategic partners/channels in the development of marketing plans to drive sales enablement.
  • Owns and curates all sales enablement tools and easily accessible repository to drive consistent messaging.
  • Works with Sales to own the sales facing elements of CRM. Ensures proper tie into CRM, ERP with marketing activities and toolsets. Follows up and reports on lead gen status.
  • Supports product and service in training delivery including new methods of training sustainment and onboarding.
  • Establishes and drives the creation and application of consumer insight activities.
  • Commercially minded – Able to acquire new business and develop existing business with creative strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience working at a global technology or services company focused on the B2B space.

PURPOSE

Logistics Leads work directly with Logistics Supervisors or Managers to help lead the daily routines and activities of Material Handlers to ensure we are meeting commitments. Logistics Leads will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel, and have good verbal and written communication skills. They also perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, and supplies throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Job:

They will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data provided is accurate and timely and will have the ability to prioritize their workload appropriately.
