Summary

Job Summary

The MTI Business Development Executive (BDE) is an outside sales role responsible for both a geographic market as well as an assigned prospect list.  The BDE will be responsible and accountable for driving sales of net new logo business with a focus on prospecting, lead generation and partner development.  The BDE will represent all of MTI’s products and services to prospective clients.  The prospects will include medium to large companies across all industry segments. About the Job:

The Operations Representative is the direct operational arm of MTI Connect accounts or programs.  This entry-level role is responsible for the daily oversight of all operational aspects of an account or program; ensuring all tickets are scheduled and completed within SLA, monitoring visit completion rates and ensuring all visits are completed correctly. Position Summary: 

MTI’s Director of Human Resources is responsible for both the administrative and strategic areas of the Human Resources function.
