Position Summary: 

The Sr. Product Manager 1 will join the MTI Product Innovation Team which is responsible for managing the product life cycle from product requirements definition through growth and adoption to ultimate end of life.  This professional will work closely with Sales and Customers to identify new products which will grow revenue of the MTI business segment.  She or He will develop the product requirements, use cases and business case which clearly communicate the product and opportunity to management.    This professional will partner closely with Engineering and Sourcing during the development process to provide input and guidance to priority of features, ensure voice of the customer is incorporated into product design and provide input on features & implementation, tradeoffs between schedule/ scope / cost, usage model, etc.  She or He will also develop and train internal and external teams, as well as partner with the Marketing team to drive launch and public awareness activities as well as sales enablement tools that effectively position and promote the MTI products in the marketplace.  This position will own profitability of products and align with Sales on key lifecycle metrics and inventory positions – and develop programs to accelerate sales of MTI product.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop thorough understanding of product use cases and needs in key customer segments obtained through customers visits, competitor research and market research.
  • Manage products through MTI’s product life cycle including definition, launch, ongoing support and EOL. This includes profitability and inventory sell through.
  • Development of Product Requirements Documents for all MTI Product releases and ensure detailed documentation of product requirements and product use cases which succinctly capture needed product features.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and programs for peers, sales staff, partners and customers.
  • Be a master communicator and updater on all product related information to the organization including development updates, launch calendar, product roadmap and key elements of product launches.
  • Plan full lifecycle activities with marketing and sales to drive new introduction traction, and appropriately end of life product (including client communication and product offboarding).
  • Partner with Marketing to develop a full launch plan including all product documentation, manuals and brochures and potential press releases and/or content delivery to the market.
  • Participate at tradeshows, conferences, and other events.
  • Provide voice of customer input to Engineering and Project Management throughout development process and ensure that feature fit is adhered to per the PRD.

Job Breakdown:

This is a remote part-time position. Our Field Technicians perform installations, maintenance, break-fix, and general merchandising tasks within retail locations. Technicians are the front-line team for new product releases like smart devices, tablets, gaming consoles and other consumer electronics. Our technicians have flexible early morning/midday hours Monday-Friday with select work available on the weekends.

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Custodian. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Position Summary:

The MTI Receptionist/Admin Assistant is the face of our company for all incoming employees, visitors, guests, customers and investors.  This position takes ownership of reception and other office duties.

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet incoming guests
  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Assist with coordinating company-wide meetings
  • Assist in Domestic and International travel arrangement
  • Assist/Organize customer on-site visits including (but not limited to):  reservations for dinner, hotel, company tours, snacks, maps and marketing material(s)
  • Support and set up/tear down of catering orders (food and beverages) for meetings
  • Maintain control of all conference room calendars and receptionist software
  • Maintain and organize office/kitchen supplies throughout the company, conference rooms, and kitchens
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies, work with office equipment vendors as needed
  • Open and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail and overnight packages, print shipping labels and coordinate courier services
  • Prepare/Copy materials for meetings
