Allen Auchenpaugh brings more than 35 years of retail, brand, and manufacturing experience to the position of Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Allen will leverage his extensive experience and insights to ensure MTI is continually delivering innovative solutions to meet it’s global customers’ changing needs.
Prior to joining MTI, Allen served in numerous leadership roles for companies such as Samsung Electronics America, Apple, Beats Electronics, Lynx Innovation, and Best Buy. Allen’s unique blend of experience from brand, retail, and manufacturing provides MTI leadership with a view rounding out the executive team.

Chief Financial Officer
Ben Duster has more than 30 years in operations and finance and has spear-headed transformative change through strategic, operational, organizational, and financial initiatives for public companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, the Singapore Stock Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. His expansive experience will be invaluable as MTI builds out its global service and product initiatives to deliver sustainable value creation for clients.
Ben holds a Bachelors in Economics from Yale University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Doctorate from Harvard Law.

President, Asset Protection and Tablet Solutions
As President of Asset Protection and Tablet Solutions, Travis leads the organization’s growth efforts, provide focused security solutions and bring commitment to the highest level of service for their customers.
A strategic and results-oriented leader with a passion for providing compelling customer experiences, Travis was most recently a Vice President at Fender Musical Instruments with various roles in Supply Chain, Business Development and Direct to Consumer business. Prior to Fender, Travis spent 8 years at Accenture leading large business transformation initiatives across multiple business sectors.
Travis graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Finance and now lives in the Portland, Oregon, area.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Tony Woods joined MTI in the second half of 2020. With over 15 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Tony is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement solutions that help harness the full power of MTI’s most valuable assets – its people. Tony has a strong track record of building, leading, and motivating teams. He is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to MTI every day.
Originally from the UK, Tony and his family are making Oregon their home.
Vice President of Engineering
Rod leads MTI’s global sourcing, product integration, and product test organizations. His team manages 28 manufacturing and outsourced suppliers in multiple countries. Rod transformed the sourcing team and processes which saved MTI millions of dollars in cost of goods sold over an 18-month period. Additionally, he has grown the company’s intellectual property patent portfolio by 300%.
Prior to that, he spent five years leading engineering quality assurance teams and has managed the patent application process.
Previously, he held engineering and leadership positions at companies such as Credence, FEI, IMS, LTX, and Nike.
Rod holds degrees in Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering.
Vice President of Production and Supply Chain
As VP Production and Supply Chain, Parbin Chand leads MTI’s Global Procurement, Planning, Shipping, and Manufacturing teams. He drives Operational Efficiencies and Supply Chain Strategies to support internal and external partners. Parbin has proven himself to be a resourceful and dynamic leader with 25+ years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain Management.
Before joining MTI, Parbin spent 12 years at Tyco Electronics in different leadership roles, 8 years with Tyco Toys, and 4 years teaching in the Education field.
Parbin hails from Fiji Islands where he graduated from the University of South Pacific. For the last 30 years he has made Oregon his home.
Vice President of Global Services
As VP of Global Services, Jason leads MTI’s Field Services teams. He manages a global team of certified field technicians currently servicing over 27,000 retail locations annually in 91 countries—and growing.
Before joining MTI, Jason spent over 35 years in Retail in numerous leadership roles for companies such as adidas Group, Transworld Entertainment, Gateway and Sam’s Club. Jason is an inspirational leader who cultivates a culture of delivering exceptional results.
Vice President of Sales and Global Services
As Vice President of Sales and Global Services, Carley is responsible for leading service sales initiatives and driving global services revenue growth. As well as identifying new opportunities and expanding current accounts to grow the field service and global contact center.
She is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of industry experience, has been promoted to the prestigious position of Vice President of Sales and Global Services. Throughout her diverse career, Carley has excelled in various roles, including project manager, contact center manager, senior account manager, and director of sales. Her multifaceted background in business and client management has honed her skills and prepared her for this elevated leadership role.
Associate Vice President, Sustainability and Global Sales
As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sustainability and Global Sales, she drives positive change by integrating effective sales strategies and into business operations with sustainability at the forefront.
Shannon is an accomplished leader and expat with a strong background in Global Services in various verticals and improved MTI’s services performance visibility through implementation of MTI’s digitial transformation. With 25+ years of experience specific to marketing and retail services, Shannon has created and implemented channel development programs across multiple business units worldwide. She has built go-to-market and retail strategies that maximize ROI for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers.
